Annual Parochial Church Meeting

Annual Parochial Church Meeting

THIS year’s Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is on Sunday 26th April in the church hall after the ten o'clock morning service (starting at about half past eleven). Please put this date in your diary.

The APCM is an important event in the life of our church, when you get to elect your churchwardens and Parochial Church Council (PCC) members who will represent you during the coming year. It is also a time to reflect on the events and activities at St Luke’s through the reports presented in the APCM booklet. The church accounts are also presented so you can see how the church manages its finances. We are happy to receive any  questions on the accounts or the life of the church at the APCM.

This year as part of our Green initiative you can download the APCM report booklet from this page. We would encourage as many people as possible to access the report in this way and save on paper and printing costs.

APCM Reports Booklet 2015

If you do not have access to the internet we can still provide a paper copy of the booklet; please speak to the Churchwardens if you would like a paper copy of the booklet. We can produce a large print version as well; just let us know that you would like one.
